15. Payment Terms

Our payment terms for video production services are typically as follows:

• A deposit, generally 50% of the total project cost, is required to commence work.
• Progress payments may be required at key milestones throughout the production process. These will be outlined in the project agreement.
• The final balance is due upon completion and delivery of the final video product.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the project agreement. Lumiere Studios reserves the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not received on time.
